Absolutely! Each set of products comes in a beautiful wooden box bow tied with a golden ribbon. Our boxes are meant to be keepsakes: they’re the perfect for your home, office and everything in between. Plus, each box will be shipped inside a shipper package material so it stays firm and nice.
Each box measures: 9″ X 9″ X 4″ and weighs between 1.5kgs to 2 kgs.
Of course you can! Each box comes with an option of adding a personalized note. You drop in the message and we’ll take care of the rest. Your message will be handwritten beautifully in a notecard placed inside the box.

We ship Pan India domestically. International shipping can be processed under requests. Please let us know and we’ll get back to you with shipping quotes for your zone.
Orders in our online shop ships out within 3-8 business days. For unusually large orders or for oders requiring customization the turnaround time is 3-5 business days, in which case we immediately reach out to you with an accurate ETA.
Bulk orders do take time for customization as they are curated exactly as per your specifications and wishes. Time can vary depending upon festivities and availability as each customization would require design process, sourcing, assembly and finally shipping.

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at belsorrisoindia@gmail.com
Of course! We will only include hard copies of receipts and/or packing lists by request. We would mail you the invoice rather.
